Drogheda as a commuter town is not losing any of its appeal. Local agents say that hybrid working has increased the demand for homes in the area over the last two years, particularly with homebuyers who are looking for something more affordable.
New phases at two developments in Drogheda have just been launched. Newtown Wood is on its third phase, with the first one launched back in summer of 2021.
When complete, there will be 217 units in total at the scheme on the Termonfeckin Road.
Currently on offer are three types of three-bed semis. The first has a floor area of 1,248 sq ft and is priced from €345,000.
The second is larger at 1,388 sq ft and comes with a study, with prices starting at €345,000.
Lastly is the three-bed with sun lounge that measures 1,264sq ft in total and costs from €370,000.
There are also two-bed semis (940 sq ft) that cost from €295,000 and the largest is the four-bed semi that is set out over 1,614sq ft and is priced from €410,000.
All homes at Newtown Wood will come with an A-rating, with buyers of this phase expected to receive their keys in April or May of next year.
Viewings are tomorrow by booking only between 10am and 11am with Robt B Daly & Son (041) 983 8607.
