First look: New three, four and five-bed homes launching in Kildare this weekend

LOCATED A SHORT stroll from Straffan village in Co Kildare, Hammerstone is a new development of three, four and five bedroom houses.
Hammerstone is launching this weekend with private, appointment-only viewings of the show homes, and safety measures in place to comply with COVID19 guidelines.
Prices begin at €415,000 for a 1,367 sq ft three-bed semi detached home, while four-bed semi-detached properties start at €480,000. For five-bed detached homes of 2,189 sq ft and 2,762 sq ft, price is on application.
Each property features a large living room to the front and an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area to the rear.
The latter is the heart of each home, with plenty of space for day-to-day dining as a family, doing homework at the centre island and hosting guests. Kitchens come custom designed and feature Shaker-style cabinets with plenty of storage space.
French doors open to the rear garden, which features a paved patio and lawn area and timber panelling to the boundary. To the front, there’s parking for two cars.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor and come with built-in wardrobes, while bathrooms feature stylish sanitary ware.
With spacious living areas and bedrooms, as well as rear gardens, homes at Hammerstone are ideal for those who’d like a slower pace of life outside the capital. There’s a primary school within walking distance of the development, making for easy morning routines, as well as a GAA club, while there are further options in nearby towns Maynooth and Celbridge.
Golf enthusiasts will be kept busy with both The K Club and The Palmer Ryder Cup Course within close proximity. A bus service beside the development runs to Dublin city centre, while Sallins and Naas train station is a 15-minute drive away. Via the M50, residents can be in the heart of the capital in 45 minutes.
